These Troubleshooting Scenarios are designed to help solve problems related not to errors in AutoXChange but rather errors that are caused by setup and installation matters. If you have any problems that should be added, please email your suggestions to support@tailormade.com.

• Text strings just show question marks/boxes
• Text wider/taller than original
• Linux: executable will not run
• Linux: cannot write output
• Linux: “Permission denied” on gateway.txt
• Linux: No sudo permission to install fonts
• Windows: Check if Font is Installed
